Snickers Brownies

Brownies are a classic dessert that have been around for generations. They’re an easy and delicious way to impress friends or family members at the end of a long day. These brownies were made with Snickers bars, which add a little bit of extra flavor while also giving them their signature chewy texture!

The “snickers brownie cake” is a dessert that can be made with chocolate and caramel. It is a moist chocolate cake topped with an ooey gooey layer of caramel.

Brownies with Snickers are a four-layer dessert created of peanut butter nougat, caramel, peanuts, and dark chocolate. Surprisingly simple to prepare and more simpler to consume! This is one of those crowd-pleasers.

If you’re looking for more decadent brownie recipes, look no further. These Copycat Cosmic Brownies, my Rocky Road Brownies, and my S’mores Brownies are all favorites of mine.

Snickers Brownies

GUYS, GUYS, GUYS, GUYS, Look no farther than these chewy, fudgy Snickers Brownies for a decadent dessert that will wow anybody you serve it to. Is it just me, or does the combo of peanut butter and chocolate make you feel so good? Plus, Snickers bars will always have a special place in my heart. They are, without a doubt, the greatest candy bar available. So, for the ultimate delicious treat, combine all of the ingredients of a Snickers bar: chocolate, nougat, caramel, and fudgy brownies.

So, what makes this the internet’s best Snickers Brownie recipe?

To be honest, it’s a mixture of factors. For starters, we understand that you don’t have unlimited time to bake. As a result, we’ve made this dish as simple as possible to include into your hectic schedule.

  • Instead of producing candied nougat, we’ve invented a nougat that you can make in minutes. Simply combine peanut butter, fluff of marshmallows, and powdered sugar in a mixing bowl to make the most exquisite nougat layer outside of a genuine Snickers bar.
  • Use a packaged brownie mix instead of a handmade brownie recipe (although, don’t get me wrong, homemade brownies ARE AMAZING)!

To be honest, what’s our brownie-to-nougat-to-caramel-to-peanuts-to-chocolate ratio? It’s flawless. This is, without a doubt, the finest Snickers brownie recipe ever.

How to make simple nougat at home

Some individuals create handmade nougat by carefully heating sugar (with a candy thermometer, no less!) and adding egg whites.

But because it’s a lot of labor, we came up with a simple homemade nougat recipe that only requires three ingredients:

  • marshmallow fluff
  • peanut butter that is silky smooth
  • sugar in powdered form

All you have to do now is combine the three components and you’re done! And, spoiler warned, it’s quite addictive.

What are the ingredients for Snickers Brownies?

To be honest, not much! Most of the items are likely to be found in your pantry:

  • A brownie mix from a box: Any brownie mix from a box will do! Simply follow the package instructions to make the ideal basis for this Snickers brownie recipe.
  • Peanut butter: This isn’t your good-for-you natural peanut butter! Use Jiff or Skippy, the nice, cheap stuff.
  • Marshmallow fluff: Marshmallow fluff, oh marshmallow fluff, oh marshmallow fluff, oh marshmallow flu This is the stuff of fantasies. This fluffy, sweet spread will give your handmade nougat the right consistency! When spooning out fluffy, use a lubricated spatula to keep everything clean!
  • Powdered sugar: The powdered sugar will enable your nougat layer to firm up!
  • Caramel: We utilized a beautiful handmade caramel sauce that makes these brownies taste like they came straight from a bakery.
  • Peanuts: These Snickers brownies had a lovely salty sweet crunch from the peanuts! We used unsalted, roasted peanuts that were severely diced!
  • Chocolate: A substantial amount of chocolate is required in every candy bar brownie. Duh. A thick coating of dark chocolate coats the top of these Snickers brownies.

That’s all there is to it!

Snickers Brownie Instructions

  • Don’t make things any more difficult than they have to be. As a simple alternative to a handmade brownie recipe, use your favorite fudgy boxed brownie mix (mine is Ghirardelli!).
  • Before pouring on the melted chocolate, chill the bottom three layers (brownies, nougat, and caramel). You’ll get a great, clear separation of caramel and chocolate this way.
  • Do you want to prepare things ahead of time? The caramel coating may be kept in the fridge for up to a week! Microwave it for 15 seconds at a time until it becomes a pourable consistency.
  • If you’re going to build them, make sure you have somewhere to take them afterwards. Because, to be honest, I have no idea what will happen if you don’t. These brownies are INCREDIBLE.

Snickers Brownies: How to Store Them

Although I like room temperature brownies, since these brownies have so many delicate layers, I suggest keeping them in the fridge. It will also help them live longer as a bonus! You can keep them in the fridge for up to a week and they’ll still be delicious.

Enjoy your Snickers brownies!

for the layer of brownies:

  • 1 boxed brownie mix, made as directed on the package

To make the nougat layer, combine the following ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter, smooth
  • marshmallow fluff, 7.5 ounces
  • 1 cup sugar (powdered)
  • salt (1/4 teaspoon)
  • 1 cup unsalted roasted peanuts

for the layer of caramel:

  • 2 cups sugar (granulated)
  • 3/4 cup buter (unsalted)
  • 2/3 gallon of heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

for the layer of chocolate:

  • Dark chocolate, 12 ounces (you can use chocolate chips or chocolate bars)
  • 1 tbsp coconut butter

  1. Grease a 9′′x9′′ baking pan with butter or oil, then line it with parchment paper on all four sides. Follow the package instructions for making brownies. Allow it cool until barely warm, then bake according to package temperature and guidelines. Refrigerate brownies for at least 2 hours, or until thoroughly cooled.
  2. To prepare the nougat, combine the peanut butter, fluff, powdered sugar, and salt in a mixing bowl until well blended. It will be a thick mixture. Using your hands, spread the nougat layer evenly over the brownies.
  3. Sprinkle the peanuts over the nougat layer and softly press them down. Return the brownies to the refrigerator while you prepare the caramel.
  4. To prepare the caramel, melt the sugar in a heavy-bottomed sauce pan over medium-low heat, turning the pan gently every 20 seconds or so, until it is fully melted. Before gently melting, the sugar will begin to form clumps. Be patient and keep an eye on it to prevent it from burning.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat as soon as it has melted and mix in the butter. The mixture will erupt in a flurry of bubbles. You’re doing everything correctly.
  6. After that, add the heavy cream and salt. Stir everything together until it’s completely smooth. Allow it chill in a small dish or cup for 15 minutes before pouring over the nougat layer. Return brownies to the refrigerator to chill.
  7. Last but not least, melt the chocolate! If you’re using chocolate bars, cut them up beforehand. Then, in 20-second intervals, microwave the chocolate, stirring after each one. Stir in the coconut oil until the chocolate has completely melted, then pour over the caramel layer. Allow it cool fully before cutting into 16 squares in the fridge!
