Raspberry Rose Chocolate Cupcakes for Two

You probably haven’t seen a cake so beautiful since you were last at the grandma’s house. She made this for your birthday, and it was not her first experience with baking.
Ingredients: 2 large eggs, 1/3 cup white sugar, pkt unsweetened cocoa powder (about 3 tablespoons), 1 tsp vanilla extract, 3 tbsp vegetable oil like canola or coconut oil; 4 heaping cups of flour; ½ tsp salt; ¼ cps baking soda.

The “chocolate frosting for vanilla cake” is a delicious and easy recipe that can be made in less than an hour. The cupcakes are topped with raspberry rose chocolate ganache.

Raspberry Rose Chocolate Cupcakes are appropriately portioned for you and your significant other.

Like these adorable tiny chocolate cupcakes for two, today’s article is short and sweet.

I must confess that I despise heart-shaped Valentine’s Day pastries. So this year, instead of heart-shaped chocolate, heart-shaped sweets, and heart-shaped everything else, how about I create something just suitable for you and your honey?

These Raspberry Rose Chocolate Cupcakes for Two were developed as a result.

Because there’s a teeny-tiny extra batter, they really produce two and a half cupcakes, but that simply means you’ll have something to eat while you frost your couple-a-cupcakes.

The raspberry rose buttercream, on the other hand, is out of this world. For taste, I used rosewater, red and brown food coloring for a rich raspberry hue, and raspberry jam for a fruity touch.

It’s just lovely.

Anywho. This Valentine’s Day, make these for your boo-thang. Or simply for yourself, after all, who are we to judge?

To Make Cupcakes

  • 3 1/2 teaspoons sugar, granulated
  • 1/4 cup flour (all-purpose)
  • cocoa powder (2 tblsp.)
  • 1/8 teaspoon powdered espresso
  • a quarter teaspoon of baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 room temperature egg white
  • 2 tablespoons milk (whole)
  • 1 teaspoon extract de vanille

Frosting Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons room temperature butter
  • a third of a cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp rose extract
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon preserves de raspberries
  • For color, use red and brown food coloring! (I began with three shades of red and one shade of brown.)

Regarding the cupcakes

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Cupcake molds for 2 cupcakes should be lined in a cupcake pan. Remove from the equation.
  2. Sift together the sugar, flour, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and baking soda in a medium mixing basin. Combine the vegetable oil, egg white, milk, and vanilla essence in a large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Fill cupcake molds approximately two-thirds full with batter. There will be some batter left over. You may eat it or build a tiny cupcake out of it.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake cupcakes for 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and cool thoroughly on a cooling rack.
  5. Mix the softened butter, powdered sugar, rosewater, vanilla extract, salt, and food coloring in a medium mixing dish with a hand mixer while the cupcakes are cooling. Whisk until all of the ingredients are combined and the frosting is light and fluffy. In a single swirl, spoon in the raspberry preserves. It will not seem to be well blended, but as you place the frosting in a piping bag and apply it over the cupcakes, it will naturally swirl more.
  6. Fill an icing bag with the frosting and your favorite tip. Frost your cupcakes and share them with your sweetheart!
