Ingredients

- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 3 CUP CONDITIONER’S SUCTIONER’S SUCTIONER’
- 1 3/4 cup chocolate chips, semi-sweet Nutella (1 cup) 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon powdered instant espresso (or 1/2 teaspoon powdered instant coffee)
- a generous teaspoon of salt
for the purpose of coating
- 1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
- confectioner’s sugar (about 3/4 cup)
- cocoa powder, 3/4 cup
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in 30 second intervals in the microwave, stirring after each, until smooth and melted (heating in intervals will prevent the chocolate from burning). Remove from the equation.
- Softened cream cheese and 1 cup confectioner’s sugar are combined in a large mixing bowl with an electric mixer. After that, add the vanilla and espresso powder and mix well. Combine the melted chocolate and Nutella in a mixing bowl and beat until smooth. Finally, whip in the remaining 2 cups confectioner’s sugar on medium speed until well incorporated. Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
- Once the truffles have hardened, scoop the mixture with a melon baller and roll into balls. Coat a third of the mixture in chopped walnuts, another third in confectioner’s sugar, and still another third in cocoa powder. Refrigerate for up to a week before serving.
