Ingredients

  • Friendly Farms Heavy Whipping Cream, 2 quarts
  • 1 tbsp extract de vanille
  • 1/2 cup melted peanut butter
  • Baker’s Corner Sweetened Condensed Milk, 14 oz.
  • a quarter teaspoon of salt
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped Clancy’s Peanut Butter Filled Pretzel Pieces
  • 12 cup Baker’s Corner Chocolate Morsels (we used semi-sweet, but dark chocolate would be as excellent!)
  • 2 tsp. coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Using parchment paper, line a regular size 1-pound loaf pan. Remove from the equation.
  2. Whip the Friendly Farms Heavy Cream in a mixing bowl with a whisk attachment until medium firm peaks form.
  3. Combine the Baker’s Corner Sweetened Condensed Milk, melted peanut butter, vanilla, and salt in a separate dish. In a large mixing bowl, blend all of the ingredients until they are thoroughly incorporated.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream and gently fold everything together with a rubber spatula. Don’t overmix the whipped cream since it will deflate. Fold in the Clancy Peanut Butter Filled Pretzel Pieces, leaving a few on top to crumble.
  5. Combine the Baker’s Corner Chocolate Morsels and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 30 seconds, stirring after each, until chocolate chips are completely melted.
  6. Smooth half of the ice cream into a uniform layer in the prepared pan. Drizzle half of the melted chocolate over the ice cream and form large swirls with a butter knife. Overmixing will result in thin chocolate ribbons. Drizzle the leftover chocolate and crumbled pretzels over the remainder of the ice cream. With the butter knife, make a few swirls.
  7. Before serving, place in the freezer for at least 12 hours. I suggest keeping it on the counter for 15 minutes before serving to soften it for scooping!
