Ingredients that will elevate your Oreo chocolate ice cream to new heights

You may ignore them if you don’t have them on hand or if you want to keep things simple. A few more stir-ins, on the other hand, may elevate your ice cream from gourmet to extraterrestrial.

  • Espresso powder: Espresso powder, often known as instant coffee powder, enhances the chocolate taste. We normally use espresso powder in our chocolate delights, and it works just as well here!
  • Salt is essential for completing the taste profile of any sweet food. It instantly elevates the flavor of any sweet delicacy. A little amount of sea salt sprinkled on top of your ice cream can go a long way!
  • Hot fudge or Nutella: You can create your own fudge, but you can also go to the shop and purchase a bottle (we use Nutella for a deliciously hazelnut twist) to make your life simpler. Half of the ice cream should be spooned into the pan, then fudge pockets should be placed on top of the ice cream. With a butter knife, make a few swirls and continue with the remainder of the ice cream!
  • Chocolate and fluff are a match made in heaven (just look at those chocolate marshmallow cookies), and a little marshmallow fluff blended in may assist to soften out the rich chocolate taste and add some vanilla.
  • More Cookies: To give this ice cream a fun touch, add some edible cookie dough, broken up chocolate chip cookies, or thin mints.

  • 1 can condensed milk, sweetened
  • a third of a cup of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon extract de vanille
  • 1 teaspoon powdered espresso
  • a quarter teaspoon of salt
  • 16–20 crushed Oreo cookies

  1. Using parchment paper, line a regular size 1 pound loaf pan. Remove from the equation.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl with a whisk attachment until medium stiff peaks form.
  3. Combine the sweetened condensed milk, cocoa powder, vanilla, espresso powder, and salt in a separate dish. Mix well until there are no clumps of cocoa powder remaining.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk mixture into the whipped cream and gently fold everything together with a rubber spatula. Don’t overmix the whipped cream since it will deflate.
  5. Fold in the Oreo cookie crumbs last, leaving a few on top to crumble. Place the ice cream in the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. More Oreos may be sprinkled on top if desired.
  6. Before serving, put it in the freezer for at least 12 hours.
