- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Eggs and sugar should be well combined. Mix in the yogurt and the oil. Then whisk in the remaining ingredients. Pour the batter into a square 813 pan that has been oiled. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, bring a saucepan of water and sugar to a boil. Allow for a 5-minute boil before adding the lavender flowers to the syrup. Turn off the heat as soon as possible. Allow the syrup to cool down on the burner.
