Let’s have a bash.

Makes one 9-inch cake with two layers.

To make the cake:

2 1/2 cup flour (all-purpose) 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 1/2 tablespoons powdered baking soda a quarter teaspoon of baking soda 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 1/2 pound of sugar 1 teaspoon extract de vanille 2 big room-temperature eggs 6 tablespoons room temperature buttermilk, yogurt, or sour cream

2 cups pureed bananas (3 to 4 large bananas)

To make the icing:

1 unsalted butter stick (at room temperature)

a third of a cup of cocoa powder

3 CUP CONDITIONER’S SUCTIONER’S SUCTIONER’

1/8 teaspoon coffee powder (instant)

1/3 gallon of milk

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line the bottoms of two 9-inch round cake pans with parchment paper circles and butter the bottoms and sides of the pans.

Sift the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt into a medium-sized mixing basin with a fine-mesh sieve. Whisk everything together with a large whisk.

3 to 5 minutes on medium speed, whip the butter and sugar together in a stand mixer using the paddle attachment until light and fluffy. Combine the vanilla essence and espresso powder (or coffee powder) in a small mixing bowl. Add the eggs one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.

Half of the flour mixture goes in first, then the sour cream (or buttermilk or yogurt), and finally the banana puree. Reduce to a low speed and toss in the remaining flour mixture, followed by the pecans (or walnuts). Don’t overmix the ingredients.

Divide the batter equally between the two baking pans that have been prepared. Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until golden brown and a cake tester inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and cool thoroughly on a wire rack.

Combine butter, sugar, cocoa powder, coffee powder, and milk in a large mixing basin until no lumps remain. After the cake has cooled completely, ice it and serve it!
