Make your own dinner rolls with these helpful hints.

Let’s get to the bottom of the elephant in the room. I understand that preparing handmade dinner rolls might be frightening, but once you get the hang of it, it’s really a lot of fun. Additionally, kneading, resting, and shaping bread is very rewarding and soothing. It also doesn’t hurt that they’re just lovely to eat.

  • Use Fleischmann’s® RapidRise® Instant Yeast: We enjoy using Fleischmann’s® yeast in our recipes since it’s dependable, simple to use (no need to hydrate it in water! ), and their website offers a lot of information for beginners. Fleischmann’s® is your one-stop shop for all you need to know about homemade bread, from which yeast works best for which recipes to how to activate your yeast and everything in between!
  • Don’t be afraid to go crazy with the toppings: the texture of these handmade dinner rolls is unrivaled. They’re soft, yeasty, fluffy, and really tasty. As a result, you’ll need a strong garlic parmesan topping to go with it. The salty, cheesy topping will go well with the rolls.
  • Don’t overbake your dinner rolls: Because they will continue to cook as they cool, they should be slightly underbaked when you remove them from the oven! This will keep them smooth and fluffy while also preventing them from drying out.
