Do you, world, pass judgment on folks like me? People who have a breakfast of enormous quantities of fudge? I really hope not, since… That’s exactly what I did. It simply looked so enticing, scrumptious, and luxurious. And then there’s the chocolate! The creamy, delicious chocolate! I couldn’t help myself with the airy marshmallows and crisp graham crackers. It began with only one, but I couldn’t resist another s’mores fudge square. So I responded. It was also excellent.
Is there anybody who doesn’t enjoy s’mores? I honestly don’t believe I’ve ever met someone who isn’t addicted to that gooey, sticky chocolaty bliss. However, we don’t always have access to a campfire, and we definitely don’t want to turn on the oven. This s’mores fudge enters. Fudge squares are exactly what they sound like: fudgy af chocolate with marshmallows and graham crackers.
They are, in fact, as excellent as they sound.

Ingredients
- 1 bag marshmallows, sliced in half all the way around 3 cups semisweet chocolate chips 6 graham cracker pieces, smashed sweetened condensed milk (14 oz.) a half teaspoon of salt a quarter teaspoon of espresso powder
Instructions
- Set aside an 8 × 8 square pan lined with parchment paper.
- Melt chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, espresso powder, and salt in a small saucepan over low heat, stirring regularly until combined.
- Remove the pan from the heat and pour half of the fudge sauce into it. Place marshmallows on top of sauce in an even layer, with the round side facing up. Sprinkle graham crackers over the marshmallows and fudge sauce, making sure the grahams are evenly distributed amongst the marshmallows. Spread the remaining fudge sauce mixture evenly over the marshmallows.
- Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before cutting and serving! However, be certain you have pals to serve… Otherwise, you’ll wind yourself eating fudge for breakfast like I did.
