I’m not sure if you’re aware, but Easter is just a few days away!? I understand. This year, it creeped up on me as well. Every year for Easter, my family goes all out with a huge brunch feast that puts everyone in a sugar and food induced stupor (in the best way possible). However, deciding what to bake for Easter is always a challenge for me! Donuts? What about a coffee cake? Quiche! It’s exhausting. Then I remember…oh, yes, I do this for a living. And there are SO MANY Easter delights on the site to wow everyone. So, instead of hunting for the greatest brunch dishes out there, we’ve compiled a list of our favorite Crowd Pleasing Easter Brunch Recipes.

Carrot Cake is an obvious Easter classic, but do you know what else is a year-round favorite? Bread made with bananas. When you can have both banana bread and carrot cake, why choose? You already know how much I like a good fast bread (hello), and this Carrot Cake Banana Bread is the ideal Easter treat.

This Orange Marmalade French Toast Bake is the recipe to make if you want something fast, simple, and impressive. Everything can be prepared the night before so there’s no hurry on Easter morning, and it feeds a multitude. Simply remove it from the refrigerator, place it in the oven, and voilà!

It’s tempting to overindulge in the sweets during brunch, so add a savory side dish to balance things out. Garlic Roasted Fingerling Potatoes with Dill, Goat Cheese, and Fresh Spring Peas are a crisp accompaniment to all those cakes and sweets.

While there are a few stages to this lovely spring dessert, they are well worth the effort. It looks and tastes incredible, and it’s the ideal addition to Easter Brunch.

I’m a huge fan of upside-down cakes. They’re similar to a traditional cake in that you do all the labor up front, and then, instead of having to assemble or meticulously frost anything, you turn it over and the magic occurs. In all of its sticky, sweet, caramel glory, this Banana Upside Down Cake is ideal for breakfast. YUM.

PopTarts (particularly the silver foil ones) were one of my favorite morning treats as a kid. These delicious handmade Apricot Almond Pop Tarts will take your game to the next level. Both the youngsters and the adults will be asking for seconds.

Brunch is unquestionably the best time for doughnuts. And, although we enjoy a delicious carrot cake for breakfast, don’t you think eating it in donut shape is a bit more fun? Plus, they’re baked, so…a that’s healthy snack, right?

Guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, guys, guys This bread is INCREDIBLY delicious. This luscious zucchini bread with a very irresistible cardamom pistachio crumble, for example, will be gone in less than an hour. If you’re having a big gathering over, I recommend making two.

I realize cookies aren’t technically brunch fare, but we’re all for cake for breakfast around here. So you’re having cookies for brunch? That appeals to me. Cut out easter eggs, bunnies, or flowers, then dust with colorful sugar. Make it a decorating project for the youngsters (or adults!)!

A nice cinnamon bun is something that everyone enjoys. However, do you know what no one likes? How long it takes to create them. This Cinnamon Roll Sheet Cake with a lovely cream cheese icing is precisely what you need if you want all the cinnamon roll pleasure in a fraction of the time.
