The Earthquake Cookie was a cookie that I used to work with at Sofra. Because of its brownie-like consistency (duh, brownie), it is my absolute favorite cookie. My one and only genuine love). They’re not quite as gooey as Sofra’s chocolate crinkle cookies, but they’re close. So, if you like brownies as much as I do, give this treat a try!
