These cinnamon roll blondies are the perfect dessert for any occasion. They’re easy to make and can be made ahead of time, making them a great option for parties.

We’re only three days into December, and it’s already been a whirlwind. This week, I photographed 12 meals, had a Christmas party, and taught two online foodtography sessions (Interested? Here’s how to get on the waiting list for our next session.) To say the least, I’m fatigued.

I’m so exhausted that I’m hardly able to type this. But, unfortunately, we’ve arrived. Blondies with Bourbon Snickerdoodles They’re incredibly chewy and great for a large group. In addition, bourbon-infused pastries are the greatest.

These whiskey snickerdoodle blondies are easy to make.

From start to finish, these handmade blondies take around 45 minutes and are delicious warm. The cream of tartar is the main ingredient in these snickerdoodle blondies. It not only aids in the growth of the blondies, but it also imparts the snickerdoodle taste. That little tanginess you can’t seem to get enough of?

I prepared some cinnamon sugar and sprinkled it over the blondie batter before putting it in the oven to achieve that crackly snickerdoodle top. The sugar caramelizes slightly in the oven, giving these bars a lovely brown hue on top.

In the best conceivable manner, these bars are thick and chewy. They’re delicious on their own, but you’ll need some milk to wash them down. Add some butterscotch or chocolate chips to the batter to kick it up a level if you’re feeling experimental. It’s really superfluous, but I’m sure it tastes fantastic.

What is the best way to store blondies?

Snickerdoodle cookies and pastries have an uncanny ability to go bad faster than other baked products. I get the impression that the taste escapes in some way, but I’m not sure why or how…

Allow these blondies to cool fully before storing them in an airtight container. They should keep for three to four days on your counter. If you’re not an animal like me and don’t believe you’ll be able to finish these snickerdoodle blondies in three days, you can freeze them for up to three months in a sealed baggie. When you’re ready to eat, place them in a warm oven until they’re well cooked.

That’s all there is to it. I’m going to take a sleep right now.
