  • 1/4 cup warmed caramel sauce
  • toasted graham cracker crumbs (1/2 cup)
  • 1 pint ice cream (vanilla)
  • 6 tblsp. pureed pumpkin
  • 1/2 teaspoon spice for pumpkin pie
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • milk (three tablespoons)
  • a quarter-cup of bourbon


  1. On a tea plate, spread the toasted graham cracker crumbs. Dip the rim of your serving glass into the top of a glass of water to moisten it, then roll it in the crumbs. Drizzle the heated caramel sauce all over the glass, being careful to get it all the way up and down the edges. Remove from the equation.
