5 Minute Holiday Cheese Board

The short week is finally here and one of our favorite things is the 5 Minute Holiday Cheese Board, which goes great with a glass of wine. From warm brie to nutty goat cheese, we have all your bases covered in this quick appetizer.

The “cheese board ideas for two” is a quick and easy holiday appetizer. The recipe includes three types of cheese, as well as some crackers and fruit.

Bbs, have a great Tuesday morning! Today we’re talking about one of my all-time favorite foods: cheese. What is the best method to consume cheese? Of course, there’ll be more cheese. You could put all those cheeses on a board, add some great breadsticks, cured meats, and seasonal fruit, and call it the finest (and simplest) Holiday Cheese board ever if you want to be all mature about it.

I know it’s a cliché, but the holidays are really the most delightful time of the year. They’re so snug, so festive, and the PERFECT time to gather around a table with friends and family and eat excellent food.

What better way to kick off your holiday celebrations than with a festive cheeseboard? Of course, there are a few things you can do to make your cheeseboard even more appealing.

How to Make a Fantastic Cheese Board for the Holidays

  1. For optimum crowd-pleasing impact, choose a selection of meats and cheeses.
  2. Arrange your pieces on the board in order of size, beginning with the largest and ending with the smallest. This guarantees that your bulkiest elements are placed first, and that your smaller items wrap around them, giving your board a voluptuous appearance.
  3. Work within the confines of a color palette. This keeps your cheeseboard appearing festive all year long. Orange/yellow/red and purple/green/beige (as seen here!) are two of my favorites.
  4. Quality above quantity is the way to go. I’ll always select three fantastic cheeses over five average cheeses!

DeLallo is known for its pasta, but they also offer a massive charcuterie and antipasti area that would make any Italian grandmother envy.
