Hydrating

Cleanser with Oatmeal Yogurt and Honey

This cleanser moisturizes and brightens the skin. It’s soft on the skin, therefore it’s suitable for almost everyone. Yogurt’s lactic acid removes dead skin cells and tightens pores, while honey is a natural antibacterial, so it may help with acne. Oatmeal is a humectant, which means it aids in the retention of moisture in the skin. Greetings, dewy skin!

2 tablespoons ground oats + 2 tablespoons honey + 2 tablespoons plain yogurt

Combine ingredients and apply to a clean, somewhat damp face for 5 minutes. To remove, rinse with water.

Exfoliating

Scrub with Cacao and Coffee

Scrubs that exfoliate are my favorite. They assist enhance circulation and eliminate dead skin quickly. Coffee’s caffeine content helps to reduce inflammation, while the mix of sugar and coconut oil cleanses and hydrates your skin. This is fantastic for dry skin, and I suggest applying it once a week!

1 tablespoon coffee grounds + 2 tablespoons cocoa powder + 1 tablespoon coconut or brown sugar + 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Combine ingredients and scrub over skin! You may either leave it on for 5 minutes to allow the coffee do its thing, or you can rinse it off right away.

Turmeric Chickpea Mask

This is my all-time favorite homemade face mask for any skin type. It feels unbelievably smooth every time I rinse it off and touch my skin. Turmeric may help with rosacia and even skin tone. Chickpea flour exfoliates gently, making it ideal for those with sensitive skin, while honey hydrates.

1 teaspoon turmeric + 1 teaspoon honey + 1 teaspoon coconut oil + 1 teaspoon chickpea flour

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then add 1 t water. Scrub your face and then wait for it to dry. Remove lightly with water and a little soap.
